PAYMENT POLICY:
-Provisional reservations are held for 24 hours, after which time the reservation needs to be confirmed by paying the deposit or alternatively the space will be released for resale.
-Payment of the deposit is due within 24 hours of confirmed booking.
-Bookings made within the same month of arrival date are due in full within 24 hours.
-Outstanding payment of the balance due at 7 days prior to arrival . If not adhered to, booking will be released.

Cancellation Policy

• If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, ALL monies paid are non refundable. 

• If a reservation is cancelled more than 1month prior to arrival date, 50% of the amount paid,  will be refunded.

• For reservations cancelled within 14 days or less before arrival, "no-shows" or early check outs, guests are responsible for full outstanding payment.

• Please note, that in circumstances beyond our control, extreme weather conditions, flood or fire etc., Believers Destiny Getaway reserves the right to move your booking to a different unit or future date, and will be under no obligation to repay any monies already received.

Terms & Conditions

• Believers Destiny Getaway, its owners and personnel will not be liable (or held responsible) for any damages, loss or injury that results from the use of facilities at Believers Destiny Getaway. Facilities used and entering the premises is at own risk.

• Please note that Believers Destiny Getaway is based in a bushveld area and as such visitors may experience close encounters with natural fauna such as field mice, spiders, birds, snakes and other small animals and insects. Again, we cannot be held liable for any loss or injury that result from such encounters nor can we guarantee that none of these very natural residents will not find their way into your cabins.

TAXES AND EXTRAS:

Note that there is only solar power and TOTALLY off-the-grid with gas and rain water.

Keep in mind that you will need to travel on a gravel road (4,5km) to get to us. Please enquire about the condition of the road before booking.

​​

Please note that there is a once off, fully-refundable, breakage deposit of up to R2000 on every confirmed booking. This fee is refunded within 5 working days of departure of the property, if it's contents are in the same condition as it was found.

​​

We are a selfcatering establishment, so please leave the unit in a decent condition as self-catering indicates that you leave the unit as you got it. (this does not mean you have to clean the unit, go crazy and weep floors....not at all... just leave it tidy) If you wish to spend your time relaxing without doing any dishes at all, you are very welcome to pay a R500 cleaning fee on check out.

Please take any leftovers with you on the departure as we do NOT have any staff.

Please, no candles on the premises as this can lead to huge runaway fires.

​

Please do not bring along anything that works with an element. We are on solar. and the systems are not designed for these amounts of electricity usuage. So unfortunately no hairdryers, straightners, heaters, electric blankets, coffee machines etc. Don't pack your own fan either, each unit is equipped with a fan.

​

Check-in is any time from 14h00 - 21:00

Check-out is strictly at 10h00 (no later than 10h00)

​

The accommodation is ideally suited for a relaxed stay; loud music, excessive drinking and destructive actions, including but not limited to the shooting of paintball guns, air rifles etc., are strictly prohibited and may be subject to penalties and immediate eviction from the property.
